Lake Benson Park 919-662-5703

The park accommodates a range of activities from family gatherings at the four picnic shelters to Town special events and includes a walking trail. During the warm weather months, boat rentals are available at the Lake Benson Boat House which is located at 975 Buffaloe Road, from sunrise to thirty minutes prior to sunset on Wednesdays through Sundays. Swimming is not allowed in the lake, there is no access to the Lake from the park.
