The Ocean Grill is the result of a collaboration between Executive Chef Franz Propst and owner Steve Adams, who also opened Peak City Grill & Bar nearly 3 years ago, to bring a different approach to cooking seafood to the Triangle. Every day, the freshest fish available is served in one of the 5 ways offered by the restaurant. These cooking styles include wood grilled, sautéed, broiled, blackened, and Pan Asian style (steamed). Each of these preparations include the appropriate sauces and accompaniments to bring out the full flavor of the fish.
Dinner: Sunday-Thursday 5pm - 9pm; Friday and Saturday 5pm - 10pm
In addition to the daily changing of the available fish, Ocean Grill also offers a “Raw Bar” menu featuring a variety of fresh oysters from around the world, clams, mussels, shrimp, live lobsters, and crab. These items are each prepared in a unique way, from our Iron Skillet Mussels, to our Oysters Rockefeller with country ham and collards, to the Lobster Thermidor. All of these items are the freshest available, and the flavor reflects that freshness and creativity.
