A fusion of New American, Asian, French and some good old Southern cooking; Chef Aron Cremeans brings a passion for sustainable food by using local farm fresh ingredients. Everything is prepared in house from the sorbets and ice cream, to the sourdough bread, pastas, and dressings. Choose from 20 various small plates like grilled lamb tenderloin provencal, Crispy Rum flamed Chicken Livers, and quail egg’s benedict or one of the 10 entrees like rabbit confit, grilled duck breast or a 14 oz hand cut rib eye.
